To the Consumer:
a. This promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
b. This coupon will only be valid if you purchased a Samsung washing machine of 11KG or over 11KG.
To claim your digital coupon:
a. Complete the form at http://www.persil.com/uk/persilxsamsung-coupon-ireland.html ; For the entry to be valid, you must have proof of purchase, i.e. Serial number of the washing machine. You must also keep a copy of the original till receipt.
b. You will receive a link to the digital coupon via text and email once you have completed the form.
c. Purchase one of the qualifying products listed below at a participating Tesco Ireland store
d. All digital coupons are cashback only. Complete the following steps to claim cashback.
Qualifying Products
a. 55W Persil Wonder Wash Liquid (Speed Clean Non-Bio OR Odour Defy OR Ultra Care) for a value of €11.00 cashback discounted off the product
b. 48W Capsules (Bio, Non-Bio) for the value of €12.50 cashback discounted off the product
c. 46W Ultimate Liquid (Touch of Comfort, Active Clean, Fresh and Mild) for the value €11.00 cashback discounted off the product.
Coupons
a. Only one original digital coupon (not a copy) can be used per person and per transaction.
b. The value of each coupon is set based on the prices we recommend to retailers for that product. However, pricing is at the sole discretion of the retailer.
c. All 55W Persil Wonder Wash Liquid (Speed Clean Non-Bio, Odour Defy, Ultra Care); 48W Capsules (Bio, Non-Bio, Colour); 46W Ultimate Liquid (Touch of Comfort, Active Clean, Fresh and Mild) products included in the promotion are subject to availability at participating Tesco stores. If none of the selected products are available, this coupon cannot be used against any other product as an alternative. Please do not attempt to redeem the digital coupon against any other product, as refusal to accept may cause embarrassment and delay at the checkout.
d. There will be a maximum number of 220 digital coupons available for redemption from the Promoter between the dates 15th May 2024 00:00 to 31st January 2025 23:59 GMT however all coupons will be redeemable for exactly 90 days from the day coupon was received.
e. This digital coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon offer, but it can be used alongside in store promotions. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
f. This digital coupon may not be auctioned, sold, traded, transferred, or assigned.
g. Coupon void if altered, photocopied or reproduced (whole or part). Any such misuse may constitute a prosecutable offence.
h. Promoter reserves the right to refuse payment for coupons if it has reason to believe that they have been accepted other than in accordance with these terms.
i. By signing up for a coupon, you are consenting to receive an email message and text message containing the digital coupon link.
j. In the event of unforeseeable circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
k. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
To redeem Cashback, please follow the following steps:
Follow the instructions on your digital coupon to;
a. Write down your unique ZPT code, which will be displayed when you click the ‘Get cashback now’ button on your coupon, at the top of the original receipt and then upload and submit a clear photograph of it for validation.
b. Confirm payment details; for bank transfer - full name, sort code and account number.
c. Payments will endeavour to be made within 24 hours, except on weekends and bank holiday, when they will be processed the next working day.
d. Only valid receipts, clearly comprising of the following will be accepted;
Store logo.
Your unique ZPT code clearly handwritten on to the receipt.
Qualifying Product purchase.
Date of transaction during the promotional period, which must be prior to date of cashback coupon request.
e. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any uploaded till receipts which do not include the above and/or:
Are out of focus/blurry.
Are old, out of date or fall outside of the stated promotional period.
Specific to retailers which are not participating in the promotion.
Are not unique to the individual.
Cashback
a. If the conditions are met, you can receive cashback for the item priced as reflected on the receipt of up to the discounted price mentioned in paragraph 4 (Qualifying Products”). If the product is bought and the purchase price paid falls below mentioned in paragraph 4 (Qualifying Products”), the cashback amount will be reduced to reflect the purchase price paid. If the purchase price paid is greater than discounted price mentioned in paragraph 4, you must pay the outstanding amount.
b. The cashback payment cannot be divided and can only be accepted as it is granted.
c. Each ZPT code is unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once will result in disqualification of cashback request and all such requests will be declared void.
General
a. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, which is available at http://www.unileverprivacypolicy.com/en.
b. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence).
c. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.

Once you have received the digital coupon, you will have exactly 90 days from the day coupon was received to use your coupon before it expires.
